Shipping Information

If your Item is in stock and ready to go, we will generally ship the next working day we will send you an email confirmation.

Pallet Shipments

Pallet Items ship Via freight. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you.

Standard Ground Shipments

Ground shipments are generally shipped using UPS or Fedex these deliveries are handled the same way as any UPS or FedEx Ground shipment, so they can be left when you are not home. Evolution Fires is responsible for the delivery only to the point that the Fireplace is dropped off, so please be aware of any possible issues with a drop off delivery if you are not home, or if weather is an issue.

You are responsible for mounting the fireplace on or in the wall. Phone support is available if you need assistance.

Shipping Damages

CHECK YOUR DELIVERY CAREFULLY! 

We will not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer at the time of original delivery and was not reported or claimed within 48 hours of receipt. If the customer signs for delivery and does not report any damage to the shipping company, or to Evolution Fires, then it’s the customer’s responsibility to file a claim for damages with the shipping company.
