Ordering a fireplace on our website

If you are a new customer, you can choose the fireplace, colour option and size if available that you want then click on the add to cart button. Once you are happy you can then click view your cart at this point you will be able to see the product that you have chosen the quantity, cost and also the shipping information of the product, you will be able update and change the cart. Please check that all the information is correct, once you are happy you can then click proceed to checkout this is where you will add your billing details and shipping details again. You can still review your order and add in any notes for us. When you are completely happy you can click the Pay with Paypal button this will take you to PayPal you can either login to PayPal or choose the option to pay with credit or with debit card.

Once the order is complete you will be emailed with your completed order and order number again, please check that this is all correct. If you have any questions, please email our team support@evolutionfires.com or call 0151 245 0697.

Ordering by phone.

You can place an order by calling our team 0151 245 0697 we will take down your order then send you an Invoice by email once you receive the invoice you can click to view the invoice this will have your product details, quantity, colour also your shipping details please check this thoroughly if you have any questions about your Invoice, please call our support team. Once you are completely happy you can click pay now on the Invoice this will take you to PayPal you can either login to your PayPal or choose to pay by debit or with credit card.

You will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order.

You can come and see our products first by visiting our factory showroom this is where you will see our range of high-quality products.

Shipping Information

If your order is placed before 1.00pm, we will ship out your Item the next working day unless it has been custom designed this will take longer.

We use a 2-man delivery service with most of our products, once the carrier has collected your product, we will email you the tracking number. Heavy Items will arrive on a secure pallet.

Receiving your shipment

The delivery company will call you to make an appointment you are able to track the delivery right the way through using the tracking number given once your item have been collected.

Once the carrier arrives at your home you must check the box for damages, please inspect the box thoroughly If you find any damages you must make a note on the driver’s delivery note and refuse the shipment.

Once you have checked the box and there are no damages you must also check the product for damages the driver will remove all packaging so you will be able to inspect your Item thoroughly If you find any damages this must also be noted on the driver delivery notes and you must also refuse the shipment as once the driver leaves, they take no responsibly for the damages this can be sorted out quickly if all the above steps have been carried out.

Heavy Items are delivered using a 2-man delivery they will take your fireplace into your home and remove all packaging and place in room of choice there maybe different procedures in place due to covid, but you can contact us with any questions support@evolutionfires.com
