Delivery Information

All the products offered on this website include free delivery to contiguous United States only, you can call us for a price to Hawaii or Alaska.

You can expect to receive your in-stock products within 5-10 days Custom made products are usually delivered within 2-4 weeks.

Please note that sometimes we experience unusually high demand and run out of stock. If this happens and the item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you right away and offer you an option to either wait for the item to become available or to cancel your order.

Our smaller, lighter orders (under 62 lbs) will ship via FedEx or UPS Ground which will be delivered to your door without a signature requirement.

Our larger, heavier items will be shipped via freight carrier and will come on a pallet this will be a curbside delivery appointment and an adult signature is required to receive the shipment.

Once an order has left our warehouse we will email you with the tracking number within 1 business day so you will be able to track your item.

When your Item arrives at a nearby terminal, you will be contacted by the freight carriers to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointments Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

Take a picture of the package before you accept it from the carrier

Inspect the box for damages.

Don’t rush to sign the delivery receipt:

If the item is damaged, write “Damage” on the delivery receipt, then sign.

If you didn’t have a chance to open the box and thoroughly check, write “Subject to concealed damage” on the delivery receipt, then sign.

Inspect your delivery carefully. Report any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery to support@evolutionfires.com Please retain all original packaging (including shipping pallet, if applicable) in the event that a return is required.

Following these steps will protect you in case of any damages and make the process of replacing the damaged and/or missing items much smoother. 

DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged, you may return the item for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 24 hours and make a note on the freight delivery receipt that the item is damaged.

If you sign for the freight delivery without noting the damage, the freight company is released from liability and the responsibility now falls on you, the customer that is why it is very important that you open the box and check it thoroughly and you report any consealed damage within 24 hours.

Please keep all packaging until you have checked and are happy with your product. Damaged products must be returned in there original packaging.

To report any damages you will need to take pictures of the damaged item and all sides of the box with shipping label clearly visible and email them to us support@evolutionfires.com within 24 hours after delivery. 

You will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace them as long as the above steps have been taken. 

Evolution Fires will not be held responsible for the cost of shipping a replacement or a damaged item if there is no notation about the damage on the freight delivery receipt or if the damage was reported later than 24 hours after delivery.

MISSING ITEMS

In the unlikely event your order is missing any items or parts, you must contact us within 30 days after delivery. To report missing items, please email support@evolutionfires.com

If Item is in stock, we will generally dispatch the next working day if you’re your item is custom made please allow 3-5 working days for your item to dispatched from our factory.

Once the shipping company has collected your product from our factory we will email you a tracking number. The Courier will generally deliver your item within 2-5 days.

Extraordinary Customer Service

We offer a 2-Man home delivery service with all our products and will deliver to your room of choice inside your home they will also take away all your packaging.

It all starts at the checkout on our website you can select the most convenient date for delivery, and that may not be the soonest available – it is entirely up to you to say what’s best.

Once a date is chosen, the evening before that date we will send you a text or email to confirm when we will be delivering your item the next day along with a 3 hour delivery time slot so you know when to expect us. On the delivery day, our delivery crew will call you when they are on their way to the delivery address. Keeping your informed all the way through the delivery.

Delivery must be to the credit/debit card billing address or verified PayPal address. This is a precautionary measure we have had to implement to protect you the customer. Unfortunately, fraudulent use of credit cards still exists, and this is one of the ways we ensure that no one is using your card illegally. We hope you understand that this requirement is for your protection.
